Dunluce Lodge, a new luxury hotel on the Irish Causeway Coast, partnered with Journey to support its launch and establish a strong digital presence. Our focus was to build awareness, identify the right audience, and drive occupancy from day one.
Challenge
As a brand new opening, Dunluce Lodge needed to quickly establish itself in a competitive market. There was no existing demand or audience, meaning a launch strategy was required to build brand awareness, define target segments, and drive bookings for both the opening period and the months that followed.
Approach
We developed and implemented a three-phase digital strategy designed to support the hotel from pre-opening through to sustained growth.
