Journey rebrands and makes exciting changes to the business

A recap of the last 12 years

It’s fair to say the Journey brand has evolved quite a bit over our 12 years in business, and this year might just be the most exciting yet. Since our CEO, Simon Bullingham, founded Journey back in 2012 we’ve gone from a team of 4 to 140 and counting, expanded our tech and service offering, secured a £5 million growth capital investment, and acquired Premier, the UK’s leading spa, leisure and wellness management software business.

And here’s what’s next for us

We’re constantly looking for ways to make the Journey experience better - for our team, our clients, and their guests. So, after careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to consolidate and simplify our offering. All under one roof. All working together. All to help hotels sell and manage experiences online. Our new brand name is Journey - which is how most people refer to us, anyway.

What else is changing

Our new Experience Management System (previously known as Premier) is being launched early this year, and onejourney will now be called our Ecommerce Platform. Gifted and RevSpa will now become part of our ecommerce platform, and we’ll be enhancing the tech to make it even more seamless for hoteliers.

What to expect now

Over the next few months, you’ll notice some changes to our branding, the names of our products, and some updates to our tech. And while we’ve made changes to our business, our mission will always be to help hotels drive direct profitability and improve guest experience.

What does this rebrand mean for your business?

There is no change in how we partner together. Over the coming weeks, you may notice some name changes on the systems and tools you use.
